Recognised as a market leader in the provision of business intelligence, media solutions, exhibitions and corporate events, our client provides a leading business resource that enables industry professionals to stay abreast of the issues driving progress. Due to continued growth across their 150 offices worldwide, they are now expanding upon their already impressive workforce of 9000 plus employees with the addition of a Media Sales Manager to be based at their Central London office.

The prime responsibility of this Player-Manager role will be to manage and develop both current and new revenue sales activity across a large and well received pharmaceutical/medical based publication and portal. Key tasks will include managing a small team, developing and maintaining media awareness at senior levels, client retention and year on year revenue growth. The ideal candidate will posses 3-4 years existing media sales management experience, be a natural communicator, leader and motivator. You will be tenacious, highly motivated and have first class communication and presentation skills. Your professionalism, commitment and passion will be your key career builders as will your energy, flexibility and personality. It would be a distinct advantage to have previously worked on medical related publications.

The successful candidate will be offered a base salary of 40-45k dependent upon experience with an uncapped OTE of 60-65k in the first year plus an additional benefits package.
