An opportunity has now arisen for a Web Project Manager / Webmaster to join their team.
This is a great opportunity to develop your skills as this role offers tremendous scope to gain experience within design, online marketing methodologies, social networking and eCommerce.
As the Web Project Manager / Webmaster you will be responsible for liaising between the company and existing digital agencies regarding the project management of the group's websites.
In this role your responsibilities will include:
- working with the marketing team to understand requirements for future site enhancements - advising the team on what's new or interesting in the online world - managing all ongoing maintenance of sites within budget - making basic updates to their sites using content management systems - taking part in brainstorm meetings to help them grow
To succeed as the Web Project Manager / Webmaster you must have experience within digital media or project management. Technically minded, but creative in your approach, you'll also need the ability to take a hands-on approach to your management of the websites, and you'll need the innovative mindset to offer wider advice on how to drive the sites and business forward.
Additionally, you must have a basic understanding of database systems and web technologies (e.g. HTML), excellent computer proficiency, strong English skills, and above all, a great sense of humour.
